31 more sleeps
Well its as good a place as any to start up this blog.
31 more sleeps till I stand on stage at the IFBB Country of Origin competition and although this is not my first competition, it is my very first in the figure category, which involves wearing high heels ... and for this girl who lives in jeans and sneakers, thats a big deal!
Things have been so so during this lead up ...
More binges and chocolate than I would care to admit, but ive had excuses (havent we all), but pretty good ones.
Ive had surgery .. couldnt train ... kids ... you name it, ive been through it .. add on the fact that I gave birth last year and had to lose 40 kgs plus to compete in June 2010 and Ive pretty much been dieting for what seems like forever .. I was bound to crack ;)
Anyway .. leg day today ... boo ;) lol
